Pick a comfortable squat clean weight (185 is the rx). Then:

1- squat clean

10- HSPU’s

2- squat cleans

9- HSPU’s

3- squat cleans

8- HSPU’s.

. . . You get the idea. Goes until you finish at

10- squat cleans

1-HSPU’s
