First off GYDS…..I know I will be the only successful one at that!!

Compound Fitness Ultimate Shoulder/Back Workout:

3 rounds for time….

12 hand release pushups
12 burpees
12 staggered push ups
24 sit ups
12 shuffle push ups
12 military push ups
12 hand stand push ups

Loser does penalty stunt……
5 minutes of hand stands

    The workout title mentions ‘back workout’. If you mean doing 300 push up like movements work your back then I guess that counts. Haha
