Run 400 Meters
25 Wallballs
40 DoubleUnders
Brad:
On the minute:
2 Push Jerks and 10 Sledge Strikes, alternating arms, for 15 minutes
Then. . .
Deadlift 5 rep max
GET STRONG YOUNG MAN!!!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
I know both of your legs are going to feel taxed but tomorrow will be worse so may as well squat some more.
